Beginning Saturday, June 6th Luna’s Day Spa will be reopen for business!
During this time, we will be taking clients by appointment only. As we reopen for services, we will be going above and beyond to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff.
We have implemented protocols to ensure your health and safety. Please review them below.
Client Health & Safety Protocol
- Only Two (2) Clients in the spa at a time.
- Do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment.
- Face coverings are required when entering Luna’s Day Spa.
- When you arrive, please immediately go to the bathroom and wash your hands.
- Please do not bring any guests with you to your appointment, including children.
- We are not accepting walk-in appointments at this time. Please call us at 410-203-1865 to schedule an appointment or order products.
Spa Health & Safety Protocol
- All Clients will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms and potential exposure when scheduling an appointment and upon arrival.
- Any clients or staff showing COVID-19 symptoms will be required to stay-home and appointments will be rescheduled.
- All staff members will be required to wear appropriate face coverings.
- All staff members will wash and sanitize their hands before and after every appointment.
- Treatment rooms, surfaces, and devices will be wiped down and sanitized with medical-grade wipes before and after every appointment.
- We have included an additional 15-minute window between appointments to avoid contact with other patients.
- All lobby items such as magazines, information pamphlets, “tester” products, and snack items have been removed from common areas and treatment rooms. Product information and samples can be provided to clients upon request.
- We have updated our client appointment procedures so that there will be no gathering at the front desk. Each patient will be escorted to their treatment room upon arrival.
- Until further notice, all events and gatherings at the spa have been postponed.
