Deep Tissue Massage
This massage uses special techniques to thoroughly massage deep into the muscle tissue, which provides relief from tension and soreness. Beneficial for chronic pain sufferers and pain associated with day-to-day stress. Slow penetrating bodywork with little lotion/cream used.

Swedish/Deep Tissue Combo Massage
This massage utilizes a combination of Swedish and deep tissue techniques to release key areas of the body.

CBD Massage

Pre-Natal Massage
This massage is specially designed for the Mother-To-Be. Our Pre-Natal Massage is designed for total relaxation, relieve pressure and fatigue. It is recommended for second and third-trimester pregnancies.

Body Wrap Treatments
Sea Salt Body Glow
Relax as you first use a private steam room and then we exfoliate your skin with a stimulating scrub of aromatic oils and sea salt. To help with this process, you’ll be wrapped in a thermal blanket that allows your natural body heat to open up your skin pores and allow the product to absorb followed by a steamy body rinse. This spa favorite awakens a new radiance in your skin, leaving you feeling fresh and satin smooth. It’s a perfect service before a massage.

Mud Wrap
Remineralize your skin while pulling impurities out. This treatment begins with a dry brush exfoliation to open up your pores. Next a warm application of mud composed of plant extracts are applied to the skin. Added to the mud is the Good Karma oil blended with pitta to promote positive well-being. You’ll be wrapped in a warm cocoon as the mud revitalizes and hydrates your skin, reducing joint pain and sore muscles caused by conditions such as fibromyalgia and arthritis. This treatment includes a steam, shower and hydrating lotion application.
