Luna’s Day Spa Policy
Since 2001, Luna’s Day Spa has been Ellicott City’s choice for exclusive day spa services and medical-grade skincare products. Please carefully view our Spa Policy before booking an appointment.
APPOINTMENT POLICY
To book any service(s) or a spa package at Luna’s Day Spa, a credit card or gift card number is required to reserve and your appointment.
Parties of 3 or more will be required to pay a 50% deposit to book the appointments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Spa Packages:
To cancel a spa package, we must have at least 72 hour notice. If not cancelled within the required 72-hour period, you will be charged 50% of the package price.
If a spa package is canceled within 24 hours (same-day cancellation or no call/no show), you will be charged 100% of the full package price.
Regular Services:
To cancel a regular service, we must have at least 24 hour notice. If not cancelled within the required 24 hour period, you will be charged 50% of the service price.
If the client is a no call/no show, you will be charged 100% of the full service price.
GRATUITY
For parties or services of two or more, 18% gratuity will automatically be added to the total price.
